Prep Day Sunday...



Do you take the time to prepare yourself for your week ahead or do you just jump into each week without thinking too much about it?


I tend to take a Sunday to prepare my business and personal goals for the week ahead.


For example, my personal goals:

  1. What meals am I going to make this week?

  2. Complete my shopping list & do my shopping.

  3. Prepare my meals for the next few days.

  4. Organise my training timetable for the week - cardio, strength & mobility workouts.

I know if I do not do the above small tasks every week, I will not stay on track with my eating & training - I can get easily distracted and procrastinate!


Today's meal prep is getting me ready to join my Ladies on my 21-Day MenoFIT Course starting tomorrow.
